RE Company's "Small Space" Program a Big Hit

The Woolworth Building--long-sought after by Manhattan’s business elite--has recently announced through Cammeby’s International Group that it has limited office space available for lease on the building’s 20th floor. Cammeby’s has launched a “small space” program, developing units of 2,000 to 8,000 square feet that are slated for occupancy in the fall of 2010. So far, leases are currently pending for 12,000 of the approximately 28,000 square feet available. New York City-headquartered Cammeby’s is a privately held real estate company with a portfolio of industrial and office real estate assets through 14 states.
